一、空气锤排气噪声分析我们以国产150kg 空气锤为研究对象,开展了噪声源的测定与分析、滤波消声装置的设计与研制等工作,以期降低空气锤的噪声,作为逐步治理锻工车间噪声污染的第一个步骤。150kg 空气锤的配气机构为双旋阀形式。实测该锤各种工作规范的噪声数据表明,连续轻打状态的排气噪声为最大,其值为:离开上部排气口1m 处噪声98dB(A);离下部排气口1m处噪声93dB(A)。分析配气机构动作原理后可知,当空气锤处于连续打击时,压缩缸下腔通过
