目的:比较Vitapex糊剂、氢氧化钙糊剂及聚维酮碘纸尖3种药物作为根管消毒剂治疗有瘘型慢性根尖周炎患者的临床疗效和疼痛控制情况。方法:将有瘘型根尖周炎需行根管治疗的90例患者随机分为3组,常规清理扩大根管后,分别用Vitapex糊剂、氢氧化钙糊剂和聚维酮碘纸尖置于根管内,作为消毒剂暂封,同时发给患者疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)问卷。1周后复诊时收回问卷,检查患牙。使用SPSS17.0软件包对结果进行比较分析。结果:3组药物有效率无显著性差别(P>0.05),但Vitapex糊剂组在术后疼痛控制方面优于氢氧化钙组和聚维酮碘纸尖组。结论:Vitapex糊剂、氢氧化钙糊剂及聚维酮碘纸尖作为根管消毒药物对治疗有瘘型根尖周炎都有较好的疗效,而Vitapex糊剂在根管预备后疼痛反应的控制上较另外2种药物更为理想。 OBJECTIVE: To compare the curative effect and pain control of three drugs, namely, Vitapex paste, calcium hydroxide paste and povidone-iodine paper tip, as root canal disinfectant in the treatment of patients with foveal chronic periapical periodontitis. Methods: 90 patients with fovea type periapical periodontitis requiring root canal therapy were randomly divided into 3 groups. After conventional cleaning and expanding the root canal, they were placed in Vitapex paste, calcium hydroxide paste and povidone- The root canal, as a disinfectant temporarily closed, was also sent to the patient’s pain visual analog scale (VAS) questionnaire. Reply to the questionnaire after 1 week, check the teeth. Use SPSS17.0 package for comparative analysis of the results. Results: There was no significant difference in efficacy between the three groups (P> 0.05), but Vitapex paste group was superior to calcium hydroxide group and povidone-iodine paper group in postoperative pain control. CONCLUSIONS: Vitapex paste, calcium hydroxide paste and povidone-iodine paper tip as root canal disinfectant have a good curative effect in the treatment of fovea type periapical periodontitis. However, Vitapex paste shows pain response after root canal preparation The control is better than the other two drugs.
