哈尔滨工业大学、哈尔滨市工人业余大学和长春化工设备厂合作,对搪玻璃试样进行了外圆磨削和平面磨削加工,发现采用不同的砂轮与适宜的磨削规范均能顺利地磨削搪玻璃,在保持搪玻璃零部件的耐酸、耐碱、耐机械冲击、耐温急变、绝缘等性能的同时,获得了理想的尺寸精度、几何形状精度和表面粗糙度。此项工艺已在反应罐的动密封上进行了长期的实际应用,获得了理想的效果。
