碘是合成人体甲状腺素,参与人体新陈代谢,影响青少年生长发育的重要微量元素之一,与人体健康密切相关。在许多缺碘地区,补碘已成为预防地方性甲状腺肿和克汀病,提高居民健康水平的主要对策。为此各种加碘口服液应运而生。为了加强对此类口服液的卫生监测,迫切需要建立一个简单、快速、准确地测定加碘营养口服液中碘的方法。为此,我们建立了用高氯酸混合液湿消化,碘量法测定加碘口服液中碘的方法,现报道如下。

In order to strengthen the hygienic monitoring of such oral liquid, there is an urgent need to establish a simple, rapid and accurate method for the determination of iodine in the iodized nutritional oral solution.
