为探讨微载体结合长效胰岛素对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠血糖标准浓度的控制持续时间,根据变性胶原微载体结合长效胰岛素的适当比例,腹腔注射,观测注射前和注射后大鼠血糖指标,进而判断微载体与长效胰岛素结合对糖尿病大鼠血糖控制的持续时间作用效果。研究表明微载体与长效胰岛素结合对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠模型能够起到延缓长效胰岛素释放的功效,并且效果显著。
