随着企业人力资源管理理念的深化发展,员工激励越来越受到企业管理者的重视,成为现代企业人力资源管理的核心内容之一。科学的员工激励方法不但能够有效地激发员工工作的积极性与主动性,促使员工努力实现企业的目标,提升企业的效益,同时也为吸引和建设高素质兼具竞争力的人才队伍提供了保障。本文试图通过分析企业中惯性激励误区,针对性的引入科学的马斯洛需求层次理论,从员工需求侧进行激励策略分析,最后提出四点建议性激励举措,为企业构建有效的员工激励机制提出参考建议。
