传统的体育教学模式是一种典型的“注入式”教学模式,这种教学模式过程是以运动技能形成规律和身体活动规律为主线的,它缺乏学生自我目标提出和追求的动力机制,单纯强调了教学以教师为中心的作用,忽视了学生的主观能动性和学习方法,整个教学过程中学生一直处于被动、消极、受压抑的地位。学生积极主动参与的意识不强,不利于学生多方面能力的培养,与全面推行素质教育的指导思想相矛盾。因此,必须打破传统的教学格局,构建适应时代发展要求的新型体育教学模式——“快乐体育”模式。
