目的:了解新上岗医务人员多重耐药菌感染知识的掌握程度,以便提供有针对性的培训。方法:以问卷调查方式,对某三级甲等医院2013年新上岗的195名医务人员进行调查。结果:新上岗医务人员对多重耐药菌感染知识知晓率>55%的共3项,<50%的共10项,六步洗手法和洗手指征知晓率最高为84.10%,多重耐药菌的监测知晓率最低为26.67%。结论:新上岗医务人员对多重耐药菌感染知识严重缺乏,对其进行医院感染知识培训十分必要。
Objectives: To understand the mastery of multidrug-resistant infections in newly hired medical staff in order to provide targeted training. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 195 newly recruited medical staffs in some Grade-III hospitals in 2013. Results: A total of 10 newly diagnosed medical staff were aware of the knowledge of multiple drug-resistant bacterial infections, 55% of them had a total of 50 items, and the highest awareness rate of six-step washing and finger-washing was 84.10% The minimum monitoring awareness is 26.67%. CONCLUSION: The newly appointed medical staff have a serious lack of knowledge of multi-drug resistant bacteria infection and it is very necessary to train their knowledge about nosocomial infection.
