研究了用三辛基氧化膦(TOPO)化学修饰铂丝预富集—火焰原子吸收测定水中痕量Fe(Ⅲ)的方法,发现在HCl溶液中,用TOPO修饰的铂丝可以很好地富集痕量铁(Ⅲ),检出限为38ng/ml,线性范围为30~500ng/ml,20次平行测定相对标准偏差为5.33%.
The method for the determination of trace Fe (Ⅲ) in water by chemical pretreatment with trioctylphosphine oxide (TOPO) and preconcentration of platinum wire by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was studied. It was found that PtO modified with TOPO could be well enriched in HCl solution The trace iron (Ⅲ) has a detection limit of 38ng / ml and a linear range of 30 ~ 500ng / ml. The relative standard deviation of 20 replicates was 5.33%.
