目的:通过实验建立工作场所空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯的测定方法。方法:用极性毛细管柱CBP20-M25-025,程序升温,FID检测器,以各组分的保留时间定性,峰面积与标准曲线比较定量。结果:苯、甲苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、邻二甲苯保留时间分别为:4.148、5.365、6.865、6.982、7.748min;线性范围均为20~200μg/mL;线性相关系数分别为:0.9998、0.9997、0.9998、0.9998、0.9998;检出限分别为:3.4、4.7、5.0、4.6、4.9ng;RSD分别为:5.07%、6.29%、6.57%、6.68%、6.60%;回收率分别为:97.2%、102.3%、95.5%、96.0%、95.0%。结论:本方法有较好的灵敏度、精密度和准确度,适合于工作场所空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯的测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of benzene, toluene and xylene in workplace air through experiments. Methods: The polar capillary column CBP20-M25-025, programmed temperature and FID detector were used to characterize the retention time of each component. The peak area was compared with the standard curve. Results: The retention times of benzene, toluene, p-xylene, m-xylene and o-xylene were 4.148,5.365,6.865,6.982,7.748min respectively. The linear range was 20-200μg / mL. The linear correlation coefficients were 0.9998 , 0.9997,0.9998,0.9998,0.9998 respectively. The detection limits were 3.4, 4.7, 5.0, 4.6 and 4.9 ng, respectively. The RSDs were 5.07%, 6.29%, 6.57%, 6.68% and 6.60% 97.2%, 102.3%, 95.5%, 96.0%, 95.0%. Conclusion: The method has good sensitivity, precision and accuracy, suitable for the determination of benzene, toluene and xylene in the air of the workplace.
