自发现雷公藤有抗生育作用以来,临床医生大都将其视为毒副作用并受到重视。随着这方面研究的不断深化,人们逐步认识到这种抗生育作用存在着剂量依赖性和可逆性。因此,从节制生育的角度出发,雷公藤很有可能发展成为一种节育新药,现将有关雷公藤抗生育作用的临床及实验研究情况综述如下。一、临床研究(一)抗男性生育作用1.对精子的影响分别给86例具有生育功能的类风湿性关节炎等病的患者,口服常规剂量雷公藤粗制剂(粗提物)或小剂量雷公藤多甙(GTW),时间短者仅数日,长者达9年,多数为2个月~2年。用药前,检查部分患者精液,均在正常范围内;用药后所
Since the discovery of the anti-fertility effects of Tripterygium wilfordii, most clinicians have regarded it as a toxic side effect and have been valued. With the continuous deepening of research in this area, people gradually realized that this anti-fertility effect was dose-dependent and reversible. Therefore, from the perspective of birth control, Tripterygium wilfordii is likely to develop into a new birth control medicine. The clinical and experimental studies on the anti-fertility effects of Tripterygium wilfordii are summarized below. I. Clinical research (A) Anti-male fertility effects 1. Effects on spermatozoa 86 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients with fertility were treated with conventional oral doses of crude Tripterygium wilfordii (crude extract) or small doses.
