本文测定了26例足月新生儿脐静脉血及其母静脉血血浆游离氨基酸(AA)含量及总胆固醇、总蛋白、白蛋白值。其结果除磷酸丝氨酸,谷氨酸外的22种AA 血含量均高于母血,其中7种EAA 和8种NEAA 两组间有显著或非常显著差异,提示胎儿生长发育需要足够的AA,而这些AA 多数由孕妇供给.新生儿脐血总胆固醇值非常明显地低于母血,而血浆总蛋白和白蛋白含量明显地高于母血,产妇血浆白蛋白含量与取血前的蛋白质摄入量呈正相关,因此,孕妇必须有充足的蛋白质供给才能保证胎儿的AA 供给和健康成长。
In this paper, 26 cases of full-term newborn umbilical blood and its venous blood plasma free amino acid (AA) content and total cholesterol, total protein, albumin values.
