目的:探讨复方七芍降压片降压及防治血栓性并发症的作用机制。方法:以90只WKY大鼠随机分为6组:正常组、假手术组、模型组、低剂量组、高剂量组、心安宁组,分别采用尾动脉法测血压,采用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法测量血管性假血友病因子(VWF)的含量。结果:复方七芍降压片能够降低二肾一夹高血压大鼠(2k1 c)血压及VWF。结论:复方七芍降压片能有效地降低二肾一夹高血压大鼠血压及VWF和改善血液高凝状态,其作用机制与复方七芍降压片降低VWF有关。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of antihypertensive and compound anti-thrombotic complications of Compound Qiqiong Jiangya Tablets. Methods: 90 WKY rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal group, sham operation group, model group, low-dose group, high-dose group and Xin-Ning group. Blood pressure was measured by caudal artery method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used. The antibody sandwich method was used to measure the von Willebrand factor (VWF) content. Results: Compound Qiqiong Jiangya Tablet can reduce blood pressure and VWF in 2K1C hypertensive rats. Conclusion: Compound Qiqiong Jiangya Tablet can effectively reduce blood pressure and VWF and improve blood hypercoagulability in two-kidney-one-clip hypertensive rats, and its mechanism is related to the decrease of VWF by compound Qiqiong Jiangya Tablet.
