小学的投掷教材,主要是掷垒球、掷沙袋。由于投掷垒球和沙袋的最后用力是鞭打动作,其身体姿势、动作轨迹、用力顺序与推铅球不同,这样学生在小学获得的投掷知识与技能,对中学时学习掌握正确的推铅球技术起着干扰作用。如何消除这种干扰?我在教学中采取下列几点做法,收到了一定效果。 1.根据学生力量大小,采用不同姿势进行臂屈伸练习,如推墙整、斜立撑、俯卧撑、脚高于头部撑。练习时要求学生手指相对,伸臂用力动作快。这种练习相似于推铅球出手时的用力动作,能使学生产生比较正确的本体感受和技能刺激。

How to eliminate this interference? I take the following practices in teaching, received some results. 1. According to the size of the students strength, using different posture Arm flexion and extension exercises, such as pushing the whole wall, oblique stand, push-ups, feet higher than the head support. Exercises require the students finger relative to the arms forceful fast. This practice is similar to the hard action when shooting shot put, can make students produce a more correct ontology experience and skill stimulation.
