本文采用硝酸铵水溶液浸渍纸条,以丁酮—硫氰酸铵或丙酮—乙酸乙酯—硫氰酸铵为展开剂,用下行法进行了~(144)Ce,~(147)Pm,~(152,154)Eu和~(90)Y的纸上色层分离的研究。在相应的载体存在下,将试液涂于纸条,层析后的纸条用铀试剂Ⅰ喷雾显色,剪下各斑点进行β计数测定和铀试剂Ⅲ分光光度测定。此法可用于检验稀土放射性核素的纯度;当与其他分离方法相结合时,亦可用于环境样品中稀土核素的放射化学分析。
In this paper, aqueous solution of ammonium nitrate impregnated paper, with butanone - ammonium thiocyanate or acetone - ethyl acetate - ammonium thiocyanate as developing agent, using the downward method of ~ (144) Ce, 147 Pm, ~ (152,154) Eu and ~ (90) Y on Paper Color Separation. In the presence of the corresponding carrier, the test solution was applied to the strip, the chromatographic strip with uranium reagent Ⅰ spray color, cut off the spots for β count determination and uranium reagent Ⅲ spectrophotometric determination. This method can be used to verify the purity of rare earth radionuclides; it can also be used for radiochemical analysis of rare earth nuclides in environmental samples when combined with other separation methods.
