本文比较了国内外弧形连铸机四种振动机构的优缺点,建立了四连杆振动机构结构参数的数学模型,通过非线性规划方法,分析和比较了三种目标函数,27种方案的计算结果,得出以结晶器外弧下口作为今后设计计算公式更为合理。为了检验该模型的准确性,文中对武钢从西德引进的R10×1700弧型连铸机的振动机构进行了计算,结果表明:其尺寸误差不超过2毫米,角度误差不超过16,因此,该模型可以作为今后设计时使用。
In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of four kinds of vibrating mechanism of arc caster at home and abroad are compared, and the mathematical model of four-bar vibrating mechanism is established. Through the nonlinear programming method, three kinds of objective function are analyzed and compared, 27 kinds of schemes The calculation results show that it is more reasonable to use the mouth of mold outside arc as the design formula in the future. In order to test the accuracy of the model, the vibration mechanism of the R10 × 1700 arc-type caster introduced by WISCO from West Germany was calculated. The results show that the dimension error is less than 2 mm and the angle error is less than 16. Therefore, This model can be used as design time in the future.
