本文主要通过试验研究和理论计算,对透平机械子午面上的流动规律进行了探讨.结果表明流动轨迹变化的影响是比较敏感的.由于端部次流等因素的影响,实际测定的流动规律和一般的理论假设相差较大.文章强调当前要加强空间流动模型的试验研究,以掌握比较可靠的原始设计资料.并指出在通道扩张角较大的级中,要逐步改变目前通常建立在平面叶栅基础上的通流设计方法.文章还提出应注意控制通道形状、叶片力等因素的影响,切实地从空间流动的角度来进行设计,以提高透平机械的通流效率.
In this paper, the law of flow on the mechanical meridian of turbine is discussed mainly through experimental research and theoretical calculation.The results show that the influence of the change of the flow trajectory is sensitive.As a result of the influence of the end secondary flow and other factors, the actual measured flow law And the general theoretical assumption is quite different.This article emphasizes that we should strengthen the experimental study of the spatial flow model to grasp the more reliable original design data.It is pointed out that in the stage of large channel expansion angle, we should gradually change the current commonly established in the plane Cascade on the basis of the flow through the design method.The article also proposed that attention should be paid to control the shape of the channel, blade force and other factors, effectively from the perspective of space flow to design, in order to improve the efficiency of turbine mechanical flow.
