以南京热电厂600 MW供热机组为实例,采用热力学中的流与经济学中的成本相结合的符号经济学的理论和方法,建立冷热电三联供计算模型,得出热电厂的冷热电三联供的成本分摊。该模型在3种产品形成的过程中,考察流数值的变化,不仅考虑了3种产品的含量,还深入分析了产品在形成的过程中各自所造成的损,结合以定价,确定产品的成本,并与以热量法计算得出的成本进行比较。计算结果和分析表明,符号经济学运用于冷热电三联供系统切实可行,为3种产品的合理定价奠定了基础,有利于冷热电三联供系统的可持续发展。
