目的:观察大蒜提取物二烯丙基二硫(DAS)的抗氧化损伤作用。方法:用电子自旋共振法(ESR)测定各组心肌细胞的自由基含量,并用玻璃微电极测定心肌细胞的动作电位(AP)。结果:DAS可降低黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶(X-XOD)诱导的氧化损伤的心肌细胞自由基含量,并可改变其损伤电位。结论:大蒜提取物DAS具有对抗X-XOD诱导的氧化损伤作用。
Objective: To observe the anti-oxidative effect of diallyl disulfide (DAS) in garlic extract. Methods: The free radical content of myocardial cells in each group was determined by electron spin resonance (ESR), and the action potential (AP) of myocardial cells was measured by glass microelectrode. RESULTS: DAS could reduce the free radical content of oxidatively injured cardiomyocytes induced by xanthine-xanthine oxidase (X-XOD) and change the damage potential. Conclusion: Garlic extract DAS has anti-X-XOD-induced oxidative damage.
