目的:探讨实时荧光定量PCR和噬菌体生物扩增法在儿童结核性脑膜炎诊断中的应用价值;方法:选取我院收治的儿童结核性脑膜炎患者56例,随机分为观察组30例与对照组26例。对照组使用涂片法检查,观察组使用实时荧光定量PCR和噬菌体生物扩增法联合检测,观察两者检测结果的阳性率;结果:观察组阳性检出率(96.67%)明显高于对照组阳性检出率(61.54%),差异有显著性特征(P<0.05);结论:实时荧光定量PCR和噬菌体生物扩增法联合检测能够快速准确检测出早期结核性脑膜炎患者,改善其预后,值得推广使用。
Objective: To explore the value of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and phage amplification in the diagnosis of tuberculosis meningitis in children.Methods: Fifty-six children with tuberculous meningitis in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group Group of 26 cases. The control group was smear method, the observation group was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and phage biological amplification method, and the positive rate of the two test results was observed; Results: The positive detection rate (96.67%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (61.54%), the difference was significant (P <0.05) .Conclusion: Combined detection of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and phage biological amplification method can quickly and accurately detect patients with early stage tuberculous meningitis and improve their prognosis, Worth to promote use.
