为了带动职业教育向企业实际需求靠近,培养现代班组长型人才,将企业中的班组长管理能力模型引入职业院校的教学培养目标中,这种理念创新的打破了高职院校传统的人才培养定位,具有针对性的落实了生产、经营与管理的岗位群,提升学生的职业素质的同时,更好的促进了学生就业与企业需求的对接。本文着重研究“班组长型人才”的学生质量评价体系建立。
