电网运行管理是电力企业的头等大事,在当前基于计算机信息技术,已经形成全新的电网运行管理系统,使得电网进入到智能化发展的时代。在这样的背景下,电网公司人力资源管理工作也需要积极调整和改善,否则将难以跟上时代发展的步伐。文章从这个角度出发,首先分析了智能电网的概念,对于电网公司人力资源管理工作的重要性进行分析,并探讨当前电网公司人力资源的挑战和机遇。
Power grid operation and management is the top priority for power enterprises. In the current based on computer information technology, a new power grid operation and management system has been formed, bringing the power grid into an era of intelligent development. In this context, the power grid company’s human resources management also need to actively adjust and improve, otherwise it will be difficult to keep up with the pace of development of the times. From this perspective, the article first analyzes the concept of smart grid, analyzes the importance of human resource management in grid companies, and discusses the challenges and opportunities of current human resources in grid companies.
