目前线切割设备加工技术在降低材料损耗和废水二次回收利用上仍存在不合理之处,通过校企合作,学生、学校和企业可共同参与到这套线切割设备的技术创新中,进行研究设计,最终达到互惠互利的共赢局面。作者通过推行工学结合人才培养模式改革,针对某一岗位(群)的任职要求,将创意、创新、创业的“三创”教育渗透于专业技能知识教学中,探索出一套企业“元”和学校“元”共同参与培养人才的实践体系,建立实施保障体系和激励体系,逐步形成“双元三创”人才培养模式,最终使学生不仅较出色地胜任岗位,而且知识层次、职业素养及职业能力、创意能力、创业能力、创新能力均获得了提高,达到了“校企融合、工学结合”的职业教育目的。
