目的探讨食管癌术后早期肠内、外配合营养的临床价值。方法选取2005年1月~2013年1月收治的食管癌根治术患者400例为研究对象,分为早期肠内、外混合营养组(观察组)和早期全肠外静脉营养组(对照组),通过对比患者术后恢复情况、营养支持费用、血液检测指标,对两组营养方式进行比较。结果观察组较对照组患者肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气时间明显缩短,体重、人血白蛋白值术后第8天、第14天观察组明显高于对照组(P>0.05);观察组营养支持费用明显减少(P<0.05)。结论食管癌术后早期肠内、外混合营养支持能更好保证患者营养,降低治疗费用,改善机体营养状况,促进患者的康复。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of enteral nutrition combined with nutrition early after esophageal cancer surgery. Methods 400 patients undergoing radical resection of esophageal cancer who were treated from January 2005 to January 2013 were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into early intestine and external mixed nutrition group (observation group) and early total parenteral nutrition group (control group) , By comparing the patient’s postoperative recovery, nutritional support costs, blood test indicators, the two groups of nutritional comparison. Results Compared with the control group, the bowel sounds of the observation group recovered and the time of anus evacuation was significantly shortened. The body weight and the serum albumin value of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group on the 8th day and the 14th day after operation (P> 0.05) Nutrition support costs were significantly reduced (P <0.05). Conclusion Early postoperative esophageal cancer combined with nutritional support can better ensure patient nutrition, reduce treatment costs, improve the nutritional status of the body and promote the recovery of patients.
