铁道综合技术研究所开发的新列车运行图编制系统(DIAPS),设置在东日本铁路东京圈运输本部的行车调度中心,并于1988年3月日本中旬开始使用。这套系统事先将车站运转设备、站间运行时间、列车运行间隔、停车站、停车时间等基本数字进行输入。如果显示出确定的列车车次、运行时间、始发站和发车时间等,计算机将根据给定的条件及基本数据进行控制,自动确定新的列车运行时间。与手工铺画运行图相比,它具有迅速、简单等特点。在修改行车时间以及加开临时列车时将发挥重要作用。东京圈运输本部计划将这套系统用于当前确定团体临时列车上,预计将来在修改列车运行网的计划等方面将得到广泛应用。
The new train operation charting system (DIAPS), developed by the Institute of Railway Technology, was set up at the traffic control center of the Tokyo Metropolitan Area Transit Department of the East Japan Railway and started its operation in mid-March of 1988. The system prior to the station operating equipment, station operating time, train operation interval, stop, stop time and other basic figures for input. If it shows a certain train trips, running time, starting station and departure time, the computer will be based on given conditions and basic data control, automatically determine the new train running time. Compared with hand-painted running diagram, it has the characteristics of speediness and simplicity. It will play an important role in modifying travel time and adding temporary trains. The Tokyo Metropolitan Area Transportation Division plans to use the system for the current group-defining temporary trains and is expected to be widely used in the future to modify the plan of the train operation network.
