全球经济化发展趋势下,矿山企业想要得到有效的循环经济效益,首要的工作就是为企业量身打造文化底蕴与内涵,以此才能够实现企业绿色经济发展,并在发展过程中满足社会提出的自然环境保护要求。我国物产资源的富饶程度足以彰显领土面积的庞大,矿山企业的可持续发展要依托在地大物博的自然条件基础上,但是更重要的是企业自身企业文化的建设,只有将企业文化建设列为工作项目中的重中之重,才能够实现企业循环经济效应。本文以狮子山铜矿为例,分析如何建设铜矿企业自身的文化内涵与企业形象。
