目的:为阐明安徽木的化学成分。方法:安徽楤木根皮甲醇提取物的正丁醇溶解部分进行柱层析分离,根据光谱数据和理化性质确定化合物的结构。结果:从安徽木的根皮中分得4种成分,鉴定为3β羟基齐墩果烷11,13(18)二烯28酸,3酮齐墩果烷12烯28酸,齐墩果酸和胡萝卜甙。结论:以上化合物均为首次从本植物中分离鉴定,其中前两个化合物为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To elucidate the chemical composition of A. yunnanensis. METHODS: The n-butanol-soluble fractions of methanol extract from root bark of A. yunnanensis were separated by column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were determined based on the spectral data and physicochemical properties. RESULTS: Four components were identified from the root bark of A. yunnanensis and identified as 3βhydroxyheptane-11,13(18)diene28 acid, 3ketoheptane12. ene 28 acid, oleanolic acid and carrot 甙. Conclusion: The above compounds were isolated and identified from the plant for the first time. The first two compounds were isolated from the genus for the first time.
