浙江省是我国最先实验社会综合人文课程改革的地域,实验经过论证决策、实验试点、相持攻坚、稳步推进等阶段,在2001年融入全国基础教育课程改革的洪流之中;改革中遇到观念、体制、师资、教材与教学等方面的问题;针对这些问题,采用强化组织和领导、加强师资队伍建设、开展课题研究、推动社会综合课程中考改革等对策,使改革取得预期的效果,并获得可供全国社会综合人文课程改革借鉴的宝贵经验。
