针对汽油机转速变化范围大及点火电压、电流变化极快的特点,采用CPLD作为高速采集器,有效地实现了超高速数据采集,完成了对点火电压、电流波形的采样;并通过对接口电路的认真分析,有效地解决了高速数据采集模块和低速控制器之间的数据通讯。
Aiming at the characteristics of large change of speed of gasoline engine and ignition voltage and current, CPLD was adopted as high-speed collector to realize ultra-high-speed data acquisition effectively and completed the sampling of ignition voltage and current waveform. Careful analysis, effectively solve the high-speed data acquisition module and low-speed data communication between controllers.
