采用正交回归设计试验方法,研究了高温阶段、低温阶段热处理温度对TC18钛合金性能和组织的影响,建立了强度和伸长率回归方程。结果表明:高温阶段随温度的升高,初生α相大小和形状发生了改变,形状由等轴组织逐渐变为针状组织和短杆状组织,当温度达到860℃时,产生了魏氏组织;低温阶段随温度的升高,由亚稳定相β分解的次生αs弥散度增高,强度有所降低,而伸长率相应增加。
Orthogonal regression design test method was used to study the influence of high temperature and low temperature heat treatment temperature on the properties and microstructure of TC18 titanium alloy. The regression equation of strength and elongation was established. The results show that the size and shape of the primary α phase change with the increase of temperature in the high temperature stage, and the shape changes from isometric to acicular and short rod. When the temperature reaches 860 ℃, In the low temperature stage, with the increase of temperature, the dispersion of secondary αs decomposed by metastable phase β increased, the strength decreased and the elongation increased accordingly.
