欠发达地区高职教师职业生涯中的职业品质(工作生活质量)总体水平很低,除了工作环境和工作特性处于中等水平外,组织氛围、专业培训、工作待遇三个方面的职业品质均处于中下水平,并依次递减。同时,职业品质在居住地、年龄、教龄、学历和职称上存在着显著差异。为了提高欠发达地区高职教师职业品质的水平,社会、学校和教师个人都要有所作为。
