新疆设计院成立于1982年,它的前身是由原石油工业部新疆设计院和新疆石油管理局设计预算处合并组建的新疆石油管理局规划设计处。院址在新疆维吾尔自治区克拉玛依市。该院为综合性油田勘察、设计、科研单位,具有甲级工程设计证书、乙级工程勘察证书和一、二类压力容器设计证书。院属研究所是新疆石油管理局指定的油田化学药剂及涂料的质量检测中心。院内设有:油气集输、油气加工、油气储运、工业民用建筑、道桥、电力、电信、仪表自动化、给排水、机械、热力、暖通、油田及城市规划、技术经济、情报资料、出版、计算机站和勘察队共十八个专业队室,科学研究所设有:油气工艺、油田化学、物性分析及防腐四个专业组,主要从事油田化学助剂、油气集输处理工艺及油、气、水处理设备、防腐、保温、物性分析等研究工作。
