核心价值观作为企业文化的基石,是企业基业常青的根本路径。传媒业的企业属性,要求其顺应文化管理的趋势,加强企业文化建设,传媒业的意识形态属性,又决定了企业文化核心价值观的构成有别于其他产业。传媒业企业文化核心价值观的构成与新闻专业主义、社会责任以及传媒体制因素牵涉一起,需要予以理清。
As the cornerstone of corporate culture, the core values are the fundamental path of evergreen enterprise. The media industry’s corporate attributes require that it conform to the trend of cultural management, strengthen the building of enterprise culture and the ideological attributes of media industry, and also determine that the core values of corporate culture are different from those of other industries. The composition of the core values of the media culture in the media industry is closely linked with the factors of journalistic professionalism, social responsibility and the media system and needs to be clarified.
