作者对150例门诊钡灌肠病人进行了一项预期随机性盲法研究。患者年龄18～60岁。按Lotus-123分布程序软件打出的随机数字表,将病人随机地分入三种准备方法组,三组均要先进少渣饮食2天,检查前一天进流食。不同之处:①清洁洗肠组于检查前一天上午9时口服biscodyl 20mg,检查当日大量饮水并清洁洗肠。②Pico-salax组,上午检查者于前一天上午8时及下午4时(下午检查者则于前一天下午7时及检查日早8时)口服1小袋Pico-salax,检查前多喝
The authors conducted a prospective randomized blind study of 150 outpatients with barium enema. Patients aged 18 to 60 years old. According to the random number table distributed by the software program of Lotus-123, the patients were randomly divided into three preparation method groups. All three groups should be advanced and less residue diet for 2 days. Difference: ① cleansing colon cleansing group at 9 o’clock in the morning before the test oral biscodyl 20mg, check the day a large number of drinking water and clean colon cleansing. (2) In the Pico-salax group, the morning examiner orally took 1 pouch of Pico-salax orally at 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. (the afternoon examiner was at 7 p.m. and the exam day 8 p.m. the day before), and drank before the test
