目的检测妇科恶性肿瘤中P53及PCNA的表达,观察此两种蛋白在妇科恶性肿瘤中的临床意义。方法用抗P53以及抗PCNA单克隆抗体经LSAB免疫组化法检测妇科恶性肿瘤27例组织标本。结果当肿瘤组织无P53突变时PCNA多为弱阳性表达移数病倒无转移;当肿瘤组织合有P53突变时,PCNA多为强阳性表达,且多数病例发生转移。结论联合检测PCNA、P53蛋白在肿瘤组织中表达,对判断妇科恶性肿瘤的预后有重要参考价值。
Objective To detect the expression of P53 and PCNA in gynecologic malignancies and observe the clinical significance of these two proteins in gynecologic malignancies. Methods Twenty-seven specimens of gynecologic malignancies were detected by LSAB immunohistochemistry with anti-P53 and anti-PCNA monoclonal antibodies. Results When tumor tissues had no P53 mutation, PCNA was mostly weakly positive and the number of metastasis was negative. When tumor tissues had P53 mutations, PCNA was mostly strongly positive and metastasis occurred in most cases. Conclusion The combined detection of PCNA and P53 protein expression in tumor tissues has important reference value for judging the prognosis of gynecologic malignancy.
