高层建筑因使用功能比较复杂,所以在结构设计中往往需要设置转换层、错层结构和在剪力墙上开设不规则洞口等,这会使得结构的抗震性能有一定程度的降低。采用高层结构的屋顶水箱作为结构的附加TMD(TunedMassDamping)子结构,一般可减少结构的地震和风振反应10%~30%,能有效弥补结构抗震性能的降低。本文根据某6层框架结构的有、无TMD子结构的振动台作对比试验,结合某高层结构的实际计算分析,对采用TMD子结构进行减震控制的设计及其效果进行介绍。
Due to the complicated function of the high-rise building, it is often necessary to set the conversion layer, the staggered-layer structure and the irregular opening in the shear wall in the structural design, which will reduce the seismic performance of the structure to a certain extent. The use of high-rise rooftop water tank as the additional TunedMassDamping sub-structure of the structure can generally reduce the seismic and wind-induced response of the structure by 10% -30%, which can effectively compensate for the decrease of the seismic performance of the structure. In this paper, based on a six-layer frame structure with and without TMD sub-structure of the shaker for comparative tests, combined with the actual calculation and analysis of a high-rise structure, the use of TMD sub-structure damping control design and its effect are introduced.
