对国内外已报道的强度解调型光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)传感器进行了综述,按解调方法将其归类为光栅匹配法、边缘滤波法、光栅啁啾法、激光匹配法和射频探测法。对各种方法的原理进行了介绍,对各自的优缺点等进行了评述,并对强度解调型FBG传感器的发展进行了展望。
The intensity demodulation fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensors reported at home and abroad are reviewed and classified as grating matching method, edge filtering method, grating chirp method, laser matching method and radio frequency detection method according to the demodulation method . The principle of each method is introduced, the advantages and disadvantages of each method are reviewed, and the development of the intensity demodulation FBG sensor is prospected.
