结合西气东输二线长江盾构越江段工程,经过对复杂地质岩性及实际情况研究,系统分析了越江隧道泥水平衡盾构施工的适应性,这将直接决定和影响盾构隧道的施工成本、进度及安全风险。通过对开挖面稳定性控制、掘进参数调整及信息共享的研究,成功解决了在上软下硬地层中的掘进及盾构姿态难控制的难题。
Combined with the project of the Yangtze River shield cross section of the second West-East Gas Pipeline Project, the adaptability of the construction of the mud-water balance shield across the tunnel is systematically analyzed through the study of the complex geological lithology and its actual conditions. This will directly determine and influence the construction cost of the shield tunnel , Progress and security risks. Through the study on the control of excavation face stability, adjustment of excavation parameters and information sharing, it successfully solved the difficult problems of tunneling and shield attitude control in the upper and lower soft strata.
