国际水文科学协会在英国皇家学会的邀请下将于1982年7月19～30日于英国艾色特市召开首次科学大会。大会讨论的内容有下列6个方面的专题: 1.水文测验方面的进展。 2.水资源的最优合理分配。 a)遇灾机率和不确定性; b)工业、民用和农业用户的各种互相冲突的要求; c)各种水文学的和水文作业的研究成果的应用,特别是发展中国家的情况。
The International Association of Hydrological Sciences will hold its first scientific conference in Aitut, England from July 19 to July 19, 1982 at the invitation of the Royal Society. The topics discussed in the conference included the following six topics: 1. Progress in hydrological testing. The optimal allocation of water resources. a) the probability and uncertainty of disaster; b) the conflicting requirements of industrial, civil and agricultural users; c) the application of the research results of various hydrological and hydrological operations, especially in developing countries.
