管理的最高境界是获得一种放大对象系统功效的临界状态。它来源于实践，又作用于实践，并在实施中不断发展。经济要发展，管理必先行。通过对目前人们对管理的最高境界的认识误区，阐述了在知识经济时代，一个组织在最佳资源配置状态，对组织结构和管理者的合理要求。
The highest level of management is to obtain a critical state of amplification of the effectiveness of the system.
