目的:建立润肠通便茶中4种有机溶剂残留的分离测定方法。方法:采用顶空进样气相色谱-质谱法,应用HP-INNOWAX毛细管柱(30×0.25 mm,0.25μm),柱温采取程序升温,初始温度40℃,保持5 min,再以30℃/min的速率升至200℃,保持3 min,测定润肠通便茶中乙酸乙酯、甲醇、氯仿、甲苯的残留量。结果:各有机溶剂均能得到有效分离,在所考察的浓度范围内线性关系良好,r为0.9919~0.9988,平均回收率为98%~100%。结论:本方法灵敏、准确、可靠,可用于润肠通便茶中有机溶剂的检测。
Objective: To establish a method for the separation and determination of four kinds of organic solvent residues in laxative tea. METHODS: HP-INNOWAX capillary column (30 × 0.25 mm, 0.25 μm) was used in the method of headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The temperature of the column was programmed and the initial temperature was kept at 40 ℃ for 5 min. The rate of rise to 200 ℃, hold 3 min, determination of Runchang tea, ethyl acetate, methanol, chloroform, toluene residues. Results: All organic solvents could be effectively separated. The linear range was 0.9919 ~ 0.9988 and the average recovery was 98% ~ 100%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and reliable and can be used for the determination of organic solvents in laxative tea.
