应用双注法制备了一系列不同外壳厚度和核壳比分别为1.2.3.4的切角立方体乳剂。用光镜和图象处理方法测定了颗粒大小及其分布,用紫外光度法测定了它们的光吸收,用介电损耗法测定了离子电导率,用微波光导法测定了光电导和光电子寿命。对本系列的核壳乳剂的外壳厚度对上述各种光物理性质以及感光性能的影响进行了讨论,发现最合适的外壳层的厚度与卤化银乳剂微晶体的双电层的厚度(即所谓的Debye长度)大致相当。
A series of chamfered cube emulsions with different shell thicknesses and core-shell ratios of 1.2.3.4 were prepared by double injection. The particle size and its distribution were measured by light microscope and image processing method. The light absorption was measured by UV spectrophotometry. The ionic conductivity was measured by dielectric loss method. The photoconductivity and photoelectron lifetime were measured by microwave photoconduction method. The effects of shell thicknesses of the core-shell emulsions of the series on these various photophysical properties and photographic properties were discussed and it was found that the thickness of the most suitable shell layer is proportional to the thickness of the electrical double layer of the silver halide emulsion microcrystal Debye length) roughly the same.
