研究结果表明 :在径向上 ,淹水 1个月和 2个月的两组间 ,除导管比量变化趋势基本相反外 ,纤维比量、轴向薄壁组织比量和木射线比量变化趋势相近似。在轴向上 ,两组间纤维比量和木射线比量随树高的增加变化趋势相反 ,导管比量和轴向薄壁组织比量随树高的增加变化趋势相似。第一组和第二组的纤维比量分别为 65.89%、 62 .73% ;木射线比量分别为 1 2 .2 2 %、 1 5.0 7%。经 T—检验 ,在 0 .0 5水平上 ,纤维比量和木射线比量在两组间差异显著 ,而导管比量和轴向薄壁组织比量差异不显著。
The results showed that in the two groups of one month and two months of flooding, the changes of fiber volume ratio, axial parenchyma ratio and wood-ray ratio tended to be different Similar. In the axial direction, the fiber ratio and wood-ray ratio changed with the increasing of tree height. The ratio of the ratio of pipe and the amount of axial parenchyma changed with the increase of tree height. The fiber ratios of the first group and the second group were 65.89% and 62.73%, respectively. The ratios of wood-ray were 12.22% and 1 5.07% respectively. T-test showed that there was significant difference between the two groups in fiber volume ratio and wood-ray ratio at 0.05 level, while there was no significant difference between catheter ratio and axial parenchyma ratio.
