本文在试验基础上,根据库仑-莫尔塑性条件,研究了弹塑性冻结壁的承载性能,着重分析了在外载增长情况丁不同厚度冻结壁的塑性区扩展状况。对冻结壁几何尺寸、塑性区扩展半径、井壁抗力与外载之间的相关关系进行了探索,并找出了塑性区的合理扩展范围. 在此基础上,本文应用逐步回归分析,通过电算进行曲线拟合,获得了冻结壁厚度的简易计算公式:E=a(-1.21+0.54 lnP’). 最后,讨论了公式的安全系数问题。
On the basis of experiments, based on the Coulomb-Mohr plasticity condition, the bearing properties of the elasto-plasticity frozen wall were studied, and the expansion of the plastic zone of the frozen wall with different thickness was analyzed. The correlations between the geometrical dimensions of the frozen wall, the extension radius of the plastic zone, the resistance of the borehole wall and the external load were explored, and the reasonable extension range of the plastic zone was found. Based on this, this article applies stepwise regression analysis and passes the electricity. Calculating the curve fitting, a simple calculation formula for the thickness of the frozen wall is obtained: E=a (-1.21+0.54 lnP’). Finally, the safety factor of the formula is discussed.
