为了解决纸张水分率指标的在线测量问题,研究了基于近红外光谱分析的水分率测量技术,阐述了介质对光谱吸收的基本原理,分析了该原理应用于纸张水分率测量时存在的问题,探索了采用两条谱线(测量谱线和参考谱线)的方法实现水分率在线检测的关键技术,设计规划并实验研究了相应的测量方案,论述了方案中各功能模块的作用.基于光谱法和干燥称重法的水分率对比测量实验表明,基于光谱法的测量准确度可控制在0.5%以内.因此该方法可实现在线检测且满足准确度要求.
In order to solve the problem of on-line measurement of paper moisture content index, the measurement technology of water content based on near-infrared spectroscopy was studied. The basic principle of medium absorption to spectrum was expounded. The problems existing in the measurement of paper moisture content were analyzed. In this paper, the key technologies of on-line detection of moisture content with two spectral lines (measuring spectrum and reference spectrum) are designed, and the corresponding measurement schemes are designed and experimentally studied, and the function of each functional module in the scheme is discussed. The experimental results show that the measurement accuracy based on the spectroscopy can be controlled within 0.5%, so the method can achieve online detection and meet the accuracy requirements.
