We arrived in the United States in January 2002. The ensuing “9.11”, “11 · 12” crash, anthrax attacks, the United States at the time enveloped in a deep atmosphere of terror and preparation. At the beginning of the delegation some people retreated and later postponed the trip, many of whom embarked on a complex attitude. I decided to take the opportunity to experience the work of the United States and its colleagues in a very period of time. After more than 10 hours’ flight, the flight attendant of Eastern Airlines began to send immigration cards one by one as they approached the other side of the ocean. Each received two, one immigration, one customs, are required. I am a bit confused. In the early years, China Customs canceled all prior declarations and did not expect the developed United States to keep it.
