在实验室条件下,研究了加入0.20%-0.30%V和0.10%-0.20%Ti的低铬白口铸铁的静载三体磨料磨损(干态与湿态)与动载三体磨料磨损的耐磨性。结果表明:由于钒、铁合金元素在低铬铸铁中的有益作用,使其硬度、韧性与耐磨性均比不加钒、钛的高。
Under laboratory conditions, the static wear three-body wear (dry and wet state) and dynamic three-body abrasive wear of low chromium white cast iron with addition of 0.20% -0.30% V and 0.10% -0.20% Worn wear resistance. The results show that due to the beneficial effect of vanadium and ferroalloy elements in low chromium cast iron, their hardness, toughness and wear resistance are higher than those without vanadium and titanium.
