目的:建立以王水消化体系用火焰原子吸收法测定车间空气中锡及化合物的方法。方法:将微孔滤膜在盐酸-硝酸(3:1)控温条件下消化,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定锡浓度。结果:在0~80μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,相关系数0.9998,方法检出限为0.18μg/ml。低、中、高不同浓度回收率分别为99.7%、101.2%、100.6%。结论:王水消化火焰原子吸收法测定滤膜中锡及化合物方法灵敏度高、干扰少,简便、快速、准确,适用车间空气中锡及化合物的测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of tin and compounds in the air of workshop by flame atomic absorption spectrometry with digestion system of aqua regia. Methods: Microporous membranes were digested under the control of hydrochloric acid - nitric acid (3: 1), and the concentration of tin was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The linearity was good in the range of 0 ~ 80μg / ml with a correlation coefficient of 0.9998. The detection limit was 0.18μg / ml. The recoveries of low, medium and high concentration were 99.7%, 101.2% and 100.6% respectively. Conclusion: The method of digestion and flame atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of tin and its compounds in filter membrane has the advantages of high sensitivity, less interference, simple, rapid and accurate. It is suitable for the determination of tin and compounds in the air of workshop.
