对碳铬渣进行矿物分析,得知其矿物组成主要是镁橄榄石和镁铝尖晶石;研究了不同粒径骨料和不同煅烧温度对耐火浇筑料力学性能的影响。结果表明:级配合理的碳铬渣骨料,掺入适量的镁砂粉,以铝酸盐水泥为结合剂,经过1500℃煅烧,可以制备常温力学性能优异的耐火浇注料,其耐压强度大于10 MPa,抗折强度可达12.74 MPa。“,”Mineral-analysis-of-the-high-carbon-ferrochrome-slag-shows-that-boltonite-and-magnesium-aluminum-spinel-are-main-mineral-compositions.The-performance-of-the-refractory-casting-material-with-aggregate-of-high-carbon-fer-rochrome-slag-was-studied.The-results-show-that-the-performance-of-refractory-castable-would-be-significantly-af-fected-by-aggregate-gradation-of-the-slag,with-the-right-amount-of-magnesia-and-using-aluminate-cement-as-the-bind-ing-agent.After-calcined-at-1-500℃,refractory-castable-with-excellent-room-temperature-mechanical-properties-could-be-prepared-with-the-compressive-strength-reached-110-MPa-and-flexural-strength-12.74-MPa.
