采用正相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20和制备液相等多种色谱方法从杨梅树皮甲醇提取物中得到14个化合物,并通过化合物的理化性质和UV、IR、NMR、MS等波谱数据进行结构鉴定,得到二苯基庚烷类化合物4个、黄酮类化合物3个、三萜及甾醇类化合物7个,它们分别是:3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基杨梅醇(1)、杨梅醇(2)、杨梅酮(3)、myricanol 11-sulfate(4)、杨梅苷(5)、槲皮素(6)、槲皮苷(7)、柽柳醇(8)、熊果醇(9)、熊果酸(10)、蒲公英赛醇(11)、杨梅萜二醇(12)、β-谷甾醇(13)和β-胡萝卜苷(14)。其中1为新化合物,化合物8和9为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Fourteen compounds were obtained from the methanol extract of Myrica rubra using normal phase silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and preparative liquid chromatography. The structures of the compounds were determined by physicochemical properties and UV, IR, NMR, MS and other spectroscopic data The results showed that there were 4 diphenylheptane compounds, 3 flavonoids, 7 triterpenoids and 7 sterols. These compounds were 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxymevalonate (1) Myricanol 11-sulfate (4), myricetin (5), quercetin (6), quercitrin (7), mellitus (8), arbutin (3) 9), ursolic acid (10), dandelion alcohol (11), bayerin (12), β-sitosterol (13) and β-daucosterol (14). Among them, 1 was a new compound, and compounds 8 and 9 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
